To make your initial setup when you first install the software 
make sure you have your ID and password available.  Type NEWSETUP at the
C:\PHO> prompt to start the setup process.  This will take you step by
step through the initial setup process.

After you have made your initial setup you will, at C:\PHO>,
type PHO then press <ENTER> for your network access screen.
